Jan owned and operated a marketing business based in Indianapolis for over 20+ years. Her enthusiasm and passion for the Real Estate business shows through her superior service that she provides. She loves boating and animals—especially dogs and cats. Boodle, Jan’s loyal companion, is half Beichon and half Poodle. Jan spends her free time boating and enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

About Joe Wallace
Joe has owned and operated his own businesses for most of his life, one of which was recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in his home state of Indiana. Joe is the proud father of two daughters who are now graduates of USC and Columbia Chicago universities. He is an U.S. Navy veteran and former NHRA national record holder. Since moving to Florida Joe has embraced the Florida lifestyle and is an avid boater and angler.
